ENHANCING DIGITAL CAPABILITIES – O-I BJC MALAYSIA EMBRACES AI TO EMPOWER EMPLOYEES

As Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to shape industries worldwide, O-I BJC Malaysia is keeping pace with the digital era by launching initiatives to enhance employees’ digital skills and readiness.

Leading the way, the Finance team became the first group to participate in the AI Application Training Program. The session aimed to equip participants with hands-on knowledge of popular AI tools and guide them in applying these technologies to everyday work — helping boost efficiency, save time, and improve data accuracy.

"When used in the right way, AI can become a powerful assistant in our daily work. I believe that embracing AI not only enhances productivity but also fosters a culture of continuous learning, creativity, and adaptability across the team,” shared Mr. William Wee, Finance and Accounting Manager.
