O-I BJC Malaysia recently held a Strategic Workshop with participation from all management levels, focusing on enhancing alignment in operational strategies and preparing for the next phase of growth.

The program provided an opportunity for the team to reflect on past achievements, evaluate results, and openly discuss challenges and opportunities in an ever-changing market environment. Through in-depth discussion sessions, the workshop aimed to align objectives, identify strategic priorities, and propose effective implementation solutions for 2026.
