SMALL CHANGES - BIG IMPACT | O-I BJC MALAYSIA EMBARKS ON THE 5S JOURNEY

With the goal of creating a cleaner, more organized, and professional workplace every day, O-I BJC Malaysia officially launched the 5S Improvement Program in March 2025, marking the first step toward making 5S an integral part of the company’s culture.

After 6 months of implementation, the program has already brought visible and positive transformations — from tidier, well-arranged workspaces to a growing sense of ownership and responsibility among employees. To celebrate these efforts, the company also recognized departments and areas that achieved the most remarkable improvements.
