The O-I BJC Malaysia Union recently held an internal meeting to discuss company policies and ongoing union activities.

This session served as an opportunity for union representatives and management to exchange ideas, listen to feedback, and review updates from different departments - helping to promptly improve the workplace environment and enhance employee well-being.

Such meetings are held quarterly, aiming to foster a connected, transparent workplace where employee's voices are heard and respected - one of the core values that O-I BJC Malaysia strives to uphold.
